You can click on the ‘What’s Backup / Restore?’ link in the upper right corner of the UI to get detailed information about different statuses. You cannot back up ‘Health’ reports, iCloud photos, iTunes media, ‘Keychain’ content, ‘Activity History’ information, touch ID settings, and Apple Pay data. There are limitations to the backup mode. There are customizable options at the bottom of the screen: ‘Customized Backup’ and ‘Customized Restore’.
